Neptune, a joint venture between Neinver and TH Real Estate, acting on behalf of TIAA, has acquired Factory Warsaw Ursus from IRUS European Retail Property Fund for €79.7m. The outlet mall offers 19,593 sqm of retail space. Main tenants include Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, United Colors of Benetton and Calvin Klein. Neptune was created in 2014 to acquire prime outlet malls across Europe. The portfolio now consists of 13 assets, totaling 304,500 sqm, five of which are located in Poland, with an additional five in Spain, two in Italy and one in France.
