Mitiska REIM, in partnership with Squaretime Development, opened two new shopping centers in the Romanian cities of Bistrita and Pascani. B1 Bistrita, offering 8,900 sqm in 21 retail units, opened on Nov. 23. It is the city’s first shopping center. Three more commercial units and a “drive-thru” restaurant will be added in phase two. The Pascani shopping center, meanwhile, opened Nov. 30, offering 2,200 sqm in five units. The property also has parking for 120 cars.
