JLL, in cooperation with Leach and Lang, has sold three properties from the Hollybrook portfolio, totaling nearly 33,000 sqm, for PLN 17m. The land, located in Katowice and Cieszyn, would allow for the development of approximately 36,000 sqm of residential and utility space. Atal purchased the land parcel in Katowice on Sokolska street. International Partner SP. J. acquired the land parcel in Cieszyn on M. Konopnickiej street, while a third buyer, whose name was not disclosed, purchased the land parcel on Ściegiennego street in Katowice. “Location is the key to success. Attractively located residential areas, such as those from the portfolio of Hollybrook, unceasingly enjoy a great deal of interest amongst investors regardless of their location in Poland,” said Daniel Puchalski, head of the land advisory services at JLL. “In order to meet the expectations of developers, we aim to make our real estate portfolio reach beyond the largest metropolitan areas, and as a consequence, include attractive areas in regional cities as well.”
