Immofinanz sold two parcels of land in its Adama portfolio. One of the parcels, covering 12,000 sqm, is located in Bucharest’s Ghencea neighborhood, while a second 13,000 sqm parcel is located in the capital’s Erou Iancu Nicolae area. Immofinanz has also put a third parcel, totaling 10,800 sqm on Lascar Catargiu street in Bucharest on sale.
“These transactions represent a step in our strategy to focus on retail and office properties, existing and future ones. Although Adama has an extensive portfolio of premium land, we believe that these are especially suited to residential complexes,” said Sorin Visoianu, country manager operations at Immofinanz Romania.
