The Globalworth company sold to Romanian businessman Ioan Paul Rafail a luxury housing project near Bucharest’s Herăstrău park.
The object of the transaction between the two parties was a land of about 3,200 sqm located on the Nordului Road, and across the road from the Herăstrău Park. On this land, Globalworth was authorized in October 2022 to start the construction of the Herăstrău One residential project consisting of two 5-story buildings with apartments joined on the ground floor with a connecting body. The project foresees the construction of only 29 apartments.
Although the authorization to build the project in Herăstrău was issued by the City Hall of Sector 1 in 2022, only now have the first machines appeared on the ground.
