BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland was named property manager of Centrum Franowo in Poznań. The mixed-use scheme, part of the Ikea Centres Polska S.A. portfolio, was completed in September. It offers 7,500 sqm of ground-floor retail and services and 7,500 sqm of office space. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is tasked with increasing the scheme’s long-term profitability by optimizing operating costs and improving workplace standards on an ongoing basis.
