Home builder Pulte Homes has acquired 71 single-family home sites in the master planned community of Fiddler’s Creek in Naples. Pulte will feature three home designs ranging in size from 1,671 to 3,077 square feet starting at more than $500,000. Construction of the development, Village of Amaranda, is slated to start in January 2018. Other home builders in the community include Taylor Morrison, Harbourside Custom Homes, Stock Signature Homes, Lennar Homes, Ashton Woods Homes and D.R. Horton. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. “Pulte has experienced great success in Collier County, and this purchase is another opportunity to bring our home designs to this beautiful, amenity-rich community,” says Pulte Group’s Southwest Florida Division President Rich McCormick in a statement.
