The ETC Swarzędz shopping center, located in the Poznań metropolitan area, has reopened following a 14-month reconstruction. The main objective of the €15m upgrade was to combine the property’s three separate buildings as well as to improve foot traffic within the mall. The investors are Grupa Capital Park and the Austrian company Akron Group. Doraco oversaw construction. More than 26,000 people visited the mall over the first two days of its reopening at the beginning of October.
