Slavia Capital to clear Palma site along Račianska in Bratislava

3 October 2017

Slavia Capital is planning to clear the former Palma manufacturing area along Račianska street in Bratislava for redevelopment. The site has been abandoned since 2013, following Palma’s decision to relocate production to the Czech Republic. Trend.sk points out that some of the buildings on the site have belonged to Energoservis since February.

Slavia Capital has not yet announced its development plans for the area, which is designated for service infrastructure in the city’s master plan. Račianska street is one of the most popular locations in Bratislava for developers. Penta Investments, Lucron Development, Ahoj Development and Lofty Kominárska all have projects there.
