Kolter Land Acquisitions has paid $6.97 million for a 268 acre tract of land in northeast Manatee County. The company plans to develop the property for at least two national homebuilders for home sites on the site. Located just south of Moccasin Wallow Road and west of U.S. 301, the parcel is zoned for residential use and approved for 562 single family homes. Kolter Land Acquisitions is an affiliate of West Palm Beach-based land acquisition and development firm The Kolter Group. The asset, which was sold by Neal Land Ventures, is expected to have homes for sale on it by the first quarter of 2018.
