Forte Partners has bought a plot located behind Novotel hotel, next to Palatul Telefoanelor in Bucuresti. The land has a total area of 1,700 sqm on which Forte will build an A class office building. The transaction value was approximately 4 milion euros. “We believe in office development in central and ultra-central areas. The city center doesn’t have a proper A class office building offering. We have a significant history of doing non-speculative developments” said Geo Margescu, Founder of Forte Partners.
