A new Shoppi Retail Park is due to open in October in Smederevo, Serbia. The retail park will offer 9,200 sqm of space, which is being leased by domestic and international brands such as New Yorker, H&M, Deichmann, LC Waikiki and Sport Vision. The value of the investment is €8.5m. This is the latest investment by MPC Properties, adding to retail parks the company opened such as Usce Shopping Center, Usce Tower, Shoppi Retail Park in Borca and Subotica, Immo Outlet Center, Navigator Business Center and others. The first Shoppi Retail Park was opened in 2016, in Subotica, and was followed by another in Borca. Confluence Property Management is in charge of facility and leasing management at the new park.
