Cushman & Wakefield has been chosen to lease Pradera’s four retail parks in Poland. The assets provide more than 100,000 sqm of GLA and include Homepark Targówek with Domoteka and Homepark Janki in Warsaw, Homepark Rawa in Katowice and Homepark Franowo in Poznań. “Each of the four retail parks of Pradera’s portfolio has enormous potential.
