Master Management Group is planning to build an outlet mall based on a village concept in Poland. The first phase of the project, located in Łomża near Warsaw, will have an area of almost 19,000 sqm. The second phase will deliver a further 30,000 sqm. The developer claims it’s targeting customers who tend to do their premium shopping abroad. It’s betting that the unique concept will attract visitors from all over Poland and from other countries, though no completion date has been set yet.
“Forest Park Outlet is the first outlet center with a village designed concept in Poland, along the lines of similar designs which enjoy great popularity in Western Europe,” said Paul Kusmierz, President of Master Management Group.” He says that the rapid evolution of the Polish market has made it interesting a number of new world brands. “This is evidenced by the number of conversations we have with tenants from this market segment concerning the new project,” he added.
