Metro Commercial Real Estate has hired Jim Savard as the firm’s new Executive Vice President of Leasing. In his new role, Savard is to provide nationwide leadership and oversight to the company’s growing Landlord business lines, Landlord Agents and Landlord. With more than 20 years of experience, Savard joins Metro from Core Realty, where he served as Executive Vice President of transactions and development. Prior to that, Savard served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for O’Neill Properties and led the Tenant Representation Group at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Philadelphia office. “We are thrilled to welcome a seasoned and well-respected industry leader like Jim to our growing team,” said Tom Londres, President and CEO at Metro Commercial. “We are confident that Jim’s skills and industry expertise will aide in leading Metro’s expansion in the Landlord sector of the business.”
