Stop Shop has opened its fourth store in Serbia, with a project that offers 10,000 sqm to a total of 23 domestic and foreign brands. Immofinanz is the investor behind the project, having put over €10m into the center. The mall, which offers 220 parking spaces, includes two brands that are new to the Serbian market: Reserved and Sinsai. The park, which is located in Lazarevac, will offer new 300 jobs. Immofinanz has already opened retail parks in Cacak, Valjevo, Nis and has planned new ones in 2018 Pozarevac and in Vrsac. Another is to be built in Sremska Mitrovica by 2019.
