Immofinanz is selling the land that used to house the former Ventilatorul factory in Bucharest, according to economica.net. The land covers 53,000 sqm, and Immofinanz is hoping to sell it for about €30m. The developer is currently focusing on retail and office and has decided to offload assets that are not part of these sectors. The Ventilatorul land can accommodate nine, 11-story residential blocks or an office building.
