A new 30,400 sqm warehouse is underway at Segro Logistics Park Stryków for Arvato Poland, a leading provider of comprehensive outsourcing services. The company’s new distribution center will support e-commerce processes for LPP S.A. brands. Goldbeck was named general contractor, while Colliers International acted as an advisor. The new building aims for BREEAM certification and will include additional rooflights for order pick-up zones and partially glazed doors to allow for maximum daylight, said Magdalena Szulc, business unit director for CEE at Segro. “Arvato’s project opens a new chapter in the Stryków park’s expansion. In addition to the new warehouse space, a new road will be built to improve transport within the park for all its current and future clients,” Szulc added. The park was developed in 2006 and is Segro’s flagship property in Central and Eastern Europe. The scheme currently offers 200,000 sqm and can be expanded to 400,000 sqm.
