A new retail park is getting underway in the city of Knurów, with construction works scheduled to begin no later than the fourth quarter. The project is being planned for the city’s downtown, at 1- go Maja street, near the city’s biggest housing district. The commercialization process is currently underway, with the company Fenix-Invest in charge of filling the project. The investor, DL Invest Group, expects to complete the project in the middle of 2014.
