The Allen Morris Company has tapped ACRE Commercial Real Estate to lease the remaining space at Maitland City Centre in the Orlando submarket of Maitland. The mixed-use scheme offers 20,071 square feet of retail space with current tenants including Starbucks, Subway, Chef Clayton Miller’s Spindrift Concepts, and Renaissance MedSpa. Located at 111 S. Orlando Ave., the developer picked up the 3.2 acre site for $4.2 million in the fall of 2015. Currently under construction, the development is slated for completion in the summer of 2018. ACRE’s managing partners Willow Shambeck and Sandi Bargfrede will lead the development’s retail leasing initiatives.
