Columbia Property Trust has named Adam I. Popper as Senior Vice President – Eastern Region. Popper will serve on Columbia’s Investment Committee and will direct investment activity and lead asset management teams in the eastern U.S. Based in New York, Popper was most recently a managing principal and member of the investment committee of Westbrook Partners. Prior to this Popper was senior vice president and director of U.S. Office Acquisitions for Vornado Realty Trust. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
“Adam will help us strengthen our management capabilities as well as expand our relationships and opportunities in these key eastern markets,” said Nelson Mills, president and chief executive officer of Columbia Property Trust.
