The developer Adept Investment says it completed the first stage of the leasing process at Kasztelania City Centre, as an anchor tenant was signed this week. The French retailer Intermarche has agreed to take 2,800 sqm of space, which makes it a key tenant for the scheme. This agreement makes it possible for the investor to begin the second stage of the leasing process, as well to continue construction work at the corner of Topolowa and Szpitalna street in the city of Chrzanów.
The mall is to provide a total of 18,000 sqm of new retail space to the local property market, along with a 400-car parking garage. The mall is due for completion in the first quarter of 2014.
