Adolfo Domínguez has sold a building located in Barcelona’s primary shopping district at Paseo de Gracia, after putting the property on the market in November. According to news reports, the sale price was €45m. €21.5m of this has allegedly gone towards paying off the company’s debts. Unofficial market sources claim the fashion retailer made a net profit of €36m on the transaction, having lost a reported €16.91m during the first nine months of its current financial year. That result was 64 percent worse than its losses for the same period during its previous financial year.
