Adventum International has acquired the Koki Terminal shopping center in eastern Budapest. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Completed in 2011, the shopping center offers 60,000 sqm of retail and 6,000 sqm of office space over four floors. Tenants include Hervis, Euronics, OBI, Tesco, Muller, H&M and C&A. “This transaction demonstrates the skill-set we have at Adventum Group, completing a highly complex transaction, which is also the largest retail investment in Hungary in 2019 to date. The project is also Adventum Quartum’s flagship project in Hungary and the start of a HUF 6bn complex refurbishment for the Köki Terminal,” says Kristóf Bárány, founding partner at Adventum International.
