AFI Cotroceni mall posted €200m in sales for 2013. Tenants include H&M, C&A and Cinema City. Meanwhile, AFI Europe Romania plans to start construction on 27,000 sqm of office space this quarter at its AFI Park. Endava Romania is the biggest tenant in the business park, having signed a lease on 40 percent of the space in AFI Park 3. The developer’s most recent project was AFI Palace Ploiesti which was opened last year in an investment of €50m.
