AFI Europe is scheduled to break ground on a new retail park in Arad in the third quarter of this year. Costs are expected to hit €40m. The project will go up on a 80,000 sqm plot and offer a total of 32,000 sqm of leasable space as well as 1,000 parking spots. The retail park will offer a DIY store as well as a hypermarket. Construction should take between nine months and a year to complete.
