AFI Palác Pardubice is poised to change hands. Doron Klein, director of the developer AFI, told Hospodářské noviny that the deal should close by the end of October. The company is in negotiations with Atrium European Real Estate, writes the paper. Klein declined to comment on the report. AFI Palác Pardubice, completed in 2008, features 100 retail units and a multiplex. This would be the second shopping center Atrium has bought from AFI. The investor acquired Palác Flora in Prague three years ago for €191m (CZK 4.7bn) and renamed it Atrium Flora.
