Exceeding earlier estimates, AFI Palace Cotroceni posted an operating income of €28.7m for 2013, up 6.5 percent from the previous year. The Bucharest commercial center’s turnover also grew by 4.3 percent, hitting €28m. AFI Palace Cotroceni reported a 2-percent increase in visitors for 2013, with 19 million people shopping at the center in 2013.
Meanwhile, the value of AFI Palace Ploiesti, another AFI Europe investment, increased by €9m last year. It is now valued at €58m, according to the developer.
