Agromex Development 3 took over the Kasztelania City Center scheme at the beginning of the month, after the project’s previous investor, Domex, went bankrupt. The new investor is set to launch construction on the shopping center in June, with completion scheduled for September 2016. Set to go up at the corner of Szpitalna, Topolowa and Cicha streets in the town of Chrzanów, Kasztelania City Center will add 14,000 sqm of space to the local market in 50 units.
