Alior seeks PLN 2.5bn in IPO

22 November 2012

Alior Bank will hit the Warsaw Stock Exchange next month and hopes to raise as much as PLN 2.5bn from the IPO. According to the business server parkiet.pl, this is the biggest IPO of a private company in WSE’s history. Share prices are expected to reach PLN 71. Nearly PLN 700m of new shares will be issued during the offering. PLN 24m of shares will be sold by Carlo Tassara, Alior’s biggest shareholder.
