The Czech e-retailer Alza.cz will expand its current headquarters in the area of Holešovická tržnice in Prague 7, where it also runs a customer service center. According to Svoboda & Williams which brokered the deal, Alza will be leasing space in Hall Office Park, also located in the Holešovice district of Prague 7. The company, which originally considered building its own headquarters in Prague, will lease 2,900 sqm in the building. Alza’s revenues jumped 5 percent last year to CZK 9.2bn and the e-retailer widened the range of goods on offer from 32,000 items to 50,000. It opened eight new outlets, bringing the total to 40.
