Anchor Group has completed renovation work on Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania. The Bucharest shopping centers remained open during the renovation process, which started two years ago. Both are currently more than 95 percent leased.
Anchor Group, which invested more than €26m to renovate the two malls, is now adding 10,600 sqm of office space to Plaza Romania. The center recently added 28 new retailers to its tenant mix, including Penti, Koton, LCW, MAC, Sportisimo, CCC, Salad Box, Oro Toro, DS Damat, English Home and Opticris.
Bucharest Mall, meanwhile, signed 23 new tenants, including Penti, LCW, Time Out, Salad Box, Oro Toro, Subway, Cinema Café, Pandora, Bijuteria Teilor and English Home.
