Poland’s Agricultural Property Agency (ANR) is preparing to put more than 100,000 ha of residential land on the Warsaw market. The plots are located in Warsaw’s Bródno district as well as in Parzniewo and Wieleszew, both located near Warsaw. ANR said it will also put land near Warsaw’s Okęcie airport on sale by the end of the year, as soon as receives the first round of bids.
“Our land bank in the Modlin district includes several hundred plots, but we’re holding off on the sale until the airport operations are fully developed,” says Jacek Malicki of ANR, adding that’s what he believes potential buyers are waiting for.
