Apsys Polska has been selected to manage the NovaPark shopping mall, now under construction in the city of Gorzow Wielkopolski. By signing the agreement with the developer Futureal and Caelum Development, Apsys has expanded its managing portfolio in the Lubuskie region to 15 malls. The agreement is to take effect after the NoVa Park opening, planned to be held April 18, with 85% of the space now leased. After completion, the mall will offer 32,000 sqm of GLA, making it the biggest retail investment in the region.
