Construction is expected to begin soon on the Łacina shopping mall. The developer Apsys obtained a building permit for the project this month. Once completed, the mall will have 98,000 sqm of space, covering 300 retail units. The list of tenants includes Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Van Graff and Multikino. The mall is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014. Apsys has applied for BREEAM certification for the project.
