Ara Shoes took space at Premier Outlet in Biatorbágy. The retailer opened a 228 sqm unit in the outlet. Cushman & Wakefield broker the deal.
Premier Outlet opened in 2004 as the first factory outlet center in Hungary. The property was built in three phases and offers 23,000 sqm of total GLA. Anchor tenants include Nike, Adidas, Puma, Mango, Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger.
