The shopping centers owned by the UK-based Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund were assessed at €330m at the end of 2013, down by about €7m from the previous year. The Era Shopping Park centers in Iasi and Oradea were valued at €75.9m and €80m. The decrease was due to stronger competition in the region, according to Argo representatives, though Era Shopping Park Iasi has managed to attract several new tenants already this year. Meanwhile, Argo’s commercial center in Sibiu was valued at €110m, down by €2.5m.
