Armonia considered for production conversion

25 August 2014

The former site of the Armonia Braila commercial center, which closed in 2009 because of poor sales, may soon be converted into a production hall. An Italian company is considering purchasing the property. A series of technical tests are currently underway to determine whether the site could be used as a production hall.

The Armonia shopping center, an investment of €45m, was developed by Andrew Stear’s Red Group. The shopping center was put up for sale in 2011 for €25m. The asking price has since been reduced to €10m.
