Art-Invest Real Estate has purchased a retail property in downtown Dortmund to add to its retail investment fund. The seller was the Amsterdam-based D&R Investments. The purchase price was not disclosed. The property, located along the city’s main shopping street, Westenhellweg, offers 12,000 sqm of rental space and 130 underground parking spaces. Tenants include H&M and Lush.
