A strategic partner of Arzan Wealth, 90 North Real Estate Partners, acquired a newly refurbished retail asset in Krefeld, the administrative district of Dusseldorf. The property offers 21,900 sqm of retail space and is fully leased to a diverse mix of retailers, including Primark, Toys “R” Us and Rossmann. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Arzan Wealth acted as the strategic advisor on the structuring and acquisition of the property.
