Atenor Group has bought a 11,600 sqm plot in Bucharest’s Expozitiei-Piata Presei Libere area where it is planning to build 44,000 sqm of office space. Atenor is also planning to develop another office building, offering 12,000 sqm, on Dacia Boulevard.
“Central and Eastern European countries are well placed in terms of competitive labor costs, flexible legislation, organizational culture similar to the eurozone and North America,” Atenor said in a statement. “Romania currently has more than 100,000 employees in outsourced services and remains one of the most attractive countries in the region to attract new investments.”
