Atrium European Real Estate has acquired the Wars Sawa Junior retail center in Warsaw from PFCEE, a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors. The deal is valued at €301.5m. The property was built in the early 1970s and was Warsaw’s first department store. The scheme offers 26,000 sqm and is fully leased. Following the acquisition, 84 percent of the Atrium’s portfolio is situated in Poland and the Czech Republic.
