Atrium European Real Estate is moving forward with the expansion and modernization of Atrium Promenada shopping center in Warsaw. The €44m investment will add an additional 44,000 sqm of new retail space to the existing center, the company revealed in a statement. Atrium Promenada currently offers more than 55,000 sqm of lettable space in 180 units, of which 10,500 sqm is office space. The center has a catchment area of 2 million residents.
