More than 50 percent of Atrium Felicity, a 75,000 sqm shopping center now under construction in the city of Lublin, has already been leased. The investor, Atrium Poland Real Estate, appointed Cushman & Wakefield to fill the project, which signed a lease with a retailer for 19,700 sqm. The name of the new tenant has not yet been disclosed. Strabag is overseeing the mall’s construction, which got underway last month.
“Atrium Felicity is a regional shopping center,” said Daria Kotarska, senior negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield. “It will offer substantial retail and entertainment services, with a large food court and strong representation of established tenants, including renowned brands that have not been available on the Lublin market before.”
Atrium is currently managing 20 shopping malls across Poland, including Atrium Reduta, Promenada and Atrium Targówek in Warsaw; Atrium Mosty in Płock, Atrium Biała Białymstok, Atrium Copernicus in Toruń, Atrium Koszalin in Koszalin, Atrium Molo in Szczecin, Atrium Kasztanowa in Piła and Atrium Plejada in Bytom.
