Atrium Felicity, underway in the city of Lublin, is nearly 80 percent leased with Carry recently taking 400 sqm and Media Saturn signing a letter of intent. The 75,000 sqm shopping center, going up on the corner of Witosa and Grygowej streets, is expected to go online in the fourth quarter of 2014. “We’re currently negotiating further lease agreements with some of the brands,” said Marta Hamarowicz, Head of Leasing at Atrium Poland Real Estate Management.
