French retail group Auchan, one of the largest players in Romania, took over the Ok supermarket network in a deal worth RON 15m. The sellers were two Romanian entrepreneurs, according to local news reports. Auchan has already begun remodeling the three stores in the Ok chain. Two will reopen this week, while the third location is set to open on Monday. The three stores will be operated under the My Auchan brand.
