Auchan Romania wants to buy commercial space in Pitesti where one of its hypermarkets is located. The company has offered €19m to the property’s owner, Rolast. The Auchan Gavana hypermarket is situated on 77,800 sqm, which also includes the parking lot. The company said it wants to acquire all properties that include a Auchan hypermarket in Romania. Auchan it is one of the world’s principal distribution groups with a presence in 12 countries.
