Auchan plans to develop a 29,000 sqm retail center in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. Called Wilanów Park, the project is set to go up on a 2.5 ha plot, located about 900 meters from the 61,000 sqm Galeria Wilanów, developed by GTC. BEG Ingenierie delivered the design which includes an 8,000 sqm Auchan store and 7,000 sqm of additional retail in about 100 units. The investment is worth €65m. The investor is still waiting to secure a construction permit. Completion is set for December 2016.
