AviaRent Capital Management has bought three nursing homes for its CareVision II fund. The properties are located in Schönkirchen, Grossenbrode and in Aachen. AviaFund Solution Services will manage the property in Schönkirchen, while Convivo Holding will be the operator in Grossenbrode. Market sources claim that the total volume of the transaction was €23.8m. The deal was brokered by GSK Stockmann + Kollegen.
