Following a €30m investment, Aviv Arlon opened the Aviv Park shopping center in Zrenjanin this week. The scheme offers 22,500 sqm of retail space and 700 parking spots. In addition to a Dis hypermarket, tenants include H&M, Deichmann, C&A, Takko, New Yorker, Sport Vision, DM and Metro Cash and Carry. There is also a children’s playroom, a cinema, a large fitness center and many bars and restaurants.
Aviv Arlon is one of Israel’s leading real estate companies. It has been active on the Serbian market since 2007, when it opened its first retail park in Pancevo.
